Message	if the transaction transpired through paypal you can file a claim and they will reverse funds back to you regardless of him knowing. They will pull funds off his paypal account and charge him later. I found it strange after looking through the tech section as well as the general section that he's been posting on how to measure cam profiles and how to install them with phasing in mind. He posted this a few days ago.. I'm sorry you've gone through this and are having issues but I would definitely have paypal handle this since the transaction was facilitated through them. At least then you have some way or leg to stand on with the dispute.
